Traci Tauferner, an Athletic Trainer, is the driving force behind Industrial & Tactical Medicine at Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, spearheading efforts to safeguard the health and safety of our workforce. With almost twenty years of experience as an educator and innovator, Traci's international recognition in injury prevention and return-to-work strategies speaks volumes. She's dedicated to employing proactive strategies for workers' optimal conditions, utilizing industrial ergonomics and a sports medicine approach to enhance safety standards in construction. Traci is a Wisconsin Army National Guard veteran and recipient of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Award, an elite award for non-commissioned officers whose leadership and performance merit special recognition.
